OMG the best way would be to [Arcane Echo] + [Arcane Mimicry]: then [Arcane Mimicry] to get [Echo], then [Arcane Mimicry] to get [Glyph of Energy], then cast [Echo] on [Glyph of Energy] then cast [Mind Burn] then cast [Glyph of Energy] then cast [Mind Burn]!!!!1111
So what have we learned: 20 seconds or so of preparation to get Mind Burn to be useful, AND it can't be precast before battle because of the way the mesmer skills Echo/Arcane Echo/Arcane Mimicry work.
Mind Burn blows. End of story.

I'm sorry but you guys are WRONG
I just held Halls for fifteen times with my awesome team-build.
If you disagree with me then you are wrong.
And you probably end up echoing the wrong skill

[Mind Burn] suck many things, and using that team build is loads of unnecessary work.
